Responsibilities
Develop and optimize complex CNC programs utilizing Mastercam and advanced CAM platforms
Execute program verification through Vericut simulation while maintaining rigorous revision control
Design and implement efficient fixturing solutions and manufacturing processes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for machining operations
Provide technical guidance on design modifications for enhanced manufacturability
Maintain documentation standards and digital archives for programming operations
Qualification
Required
Experience planning and maintaining lab facilities for optimal efficiency and creating new processes when necessary
8+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Knowledge of CG techniques and technologies
4+ years of advanced CNC programming experience with proven expertise in multi-axis machining operations
Demonstrated commitment to digital workflow standards and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) compliance protocols
Preferred
6+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing
Expert-level proficiency in VERICUT CNC simulation software for advanced toolpath verification and collision detection
Proven track record implementing and optimizing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) workflows in high-mix production environments
