Responsibilities

Support API Workflows: Assist in technical integration and data exchange between Learning Management Systems (LMS), content platforms, and enterprise systems
Migration Strategy: Help define and design a comprehensive systems migration strategy to transition data to a newer platform
Connectivity Management: Monitor, test, and troubleshoot API-based data exchanges to ensure reliable communication between interconnected platforms
Database Development: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, ensuring data integrity for reporting initiatives
Visualization & Dashboarding: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights into training effectiveness and system performance
Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for automation in data handling, reporting, and routine system maintenance
System Mapping: Create and update documentation for existing data flows, system integrations, and database schemas
Knowledge Transfer: Maintain comprehensive records to improve process resilience and facilitate team knowledge sharing

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related technical field
Strong familiarity with database concepts and hands-on experience writing SQL queries
A basic understanding of systems integration and API concepts (REST, SOAP)
Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) Tableau for data visualization
Excellent verbal and written skills with a specific aptitude for technical documentation
High School Diploma is required
Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related technical field with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
