InternPella Corporation is seeking talented, undergraduate students to fill our Engineering Intern position at their manufacturing facility in Medford, WI. The role involves managing and implementing projects that enhance window or door products while utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to improve manufacturing processes.

Modify products to improve performance, decrease manufacturing costs, and/or improve customer satisfaction
Application of materials within products and processes
Project management delivering ideas into concepts for design implementation

Qualification
Required
Pursuing a B.S. from a four-year college or university in an Engineering field
Strong academic candidate with Leadership Experience both inside and outside the classroom
Ability to use the following software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, AutoCad, and Solid Edge (or equivalent)
Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical team members utilizing written and verbal skills, including presentations to small and large groups
Experience managing projects from concept through implementation, in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Preferred
Degrees preferred: Mechanical Engineer, Agricultural Engineer
