Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python
Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Flask
Develop highly scalable applications in Core Python
Hands-on with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Experience working on SQL with ability to run various data analytics tasks and queries
Develop responsive user interfaces using React
Work with MongoDB and relational databases for data persistence
Implement and manage message queues for asynchronous processing
Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code
Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams
Participate in on-site interviews, design discussions, and code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Follow SDLC best practices in Agile environments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Python Engineer / Python Developer
Strong proficiency in Python
Experience with Flask
Exposure to Java script technologies (preferably React)
Hands-on experience with MongoDB
Knowledge of message queue systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Understanding of advanced Python concepts (Meta Class / Metaclass preferred)
Experience with REST APIs and microservices
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Financial or enterprise application experience
Experience working in regulated or large-scale environments
