Responsibilities
Lead NPI projects from production trials to full-scale launches
Collaborate across teams to ensure designs are ready for scalable, efficient manufacturing
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term improvements
Manage tooling development and oversee production scale-up
Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
5-7 years experience in engineering or product development
Expertise in process optimization, development, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to manage and execute projects while meeting key deliverables on time
Effective communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting
Proven ability to solve problems utilizing standardized tools while driving sustainable improvements
Up to 10% travel to support other manufacturing sites
