Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications
Write Apex (classes, triggers, async processing)
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Create and optimize Flows and automations
Design custom objects, fields, and data models
Configure page layouts, record types, permissions, profiles, and sharing rules
Enforce Salesforce best practices (governor limits, testing, security)
Write and maintain unit tests (75%+ coverage)
Deploy and manage changes using VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and modern dev workflows
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to turn business needs into scalable systems
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture
Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, async)
Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce object model (standard + custom)
Strong grasp of governor limits
Strong grasp of Salesforce testing framework
Ability to write unit tests with 75%+ coverage
Experience with VS Code + Salesforce extensions
Experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX)
Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications
Create and optimize Flows and automations
