Responsibilities
Processing and tracking incoming applications in accordance with federal timelines
Accurately explaining MS court orders, policies and procedures
Providing guidance, case status updates
Understanding and applying the Uniform interstate Family Support Act (UIFSA)
Resolving complaints
Handling credit bureau disputes
Qualification
Required
