Lead/Staffqode.world is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to design and develop applications using C# and .NET Core. The role involves leading the migration of existing on-prem .NET applications to the cloud and guiding the team on cloud best practices.

Responsibilities
Lead design and development of applications using C# and .NET Core, SQL server databases
Be hands‑on with coding and code reviews
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and enhance existing systems
Migration of existing on‑prem .NET applications to cloud (AWS or equivalent)
Guide team on cloud best practices and application modernization
Work closely with Product, DevOps, and QA teams
Ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET
Experience with AWS or any major cloud platform
Hands-on experience migrating applications from on-prem to cloud
REST APIs, Web Services
SQL Server or relational databases
CI/CD, Git, Agile development
Preferred
Glue job development
Microservices
Monitoring and logging tools
Financial or enterprise application experience
