Director/ExecutiveNet2Source (N2S) is seeking a skilled Java professional to join their onsite team as a VP/Director of Software Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java and microservices technologies, while also mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot
Build and support microservices and event-driven architectures
Work with messaging systems such as Kafka and MQ
Develop and optimize database interactions using Oracle
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore environment and can mentor a team of junior developers
Payments domain/ financial domain knowledge is preferred
Knowledge of front end technologies i.e. Angular/ React
Qualification
Required
