Responsibilities

Support New Hire Orientation for North America and international hires (in person and/or virtual)
Conduct onboarding processes in UKG, ensuring completion and accuracy of required onboarding documentation
Coordinate first-day logistics, including seating, badges, nameplates, system access coordination, and lunch arrangements for new hires
Process employee terminations and offboarding transactions in UKG
Ensure first-day office security and cybersecurity training is coordinated for Independent Contractors and Agency Temps
Assist with monitoring HR requests in UKG and routing inquiries as directed
Assist with maintaining accurate employee records and performing basic HR data entry in UKG
Support document intake, scanning, uploading, and personnel file organization
Assist with background check documentation review and escalate issues as directed
Support I-9 documentation tracking and audit preparation under supervision
Process invoices related to the HR Department
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure Agency Temps are processed appropriately and system access is removed as required
Distribute incoming mail and scan and upload documents, including unemployment claims, to employee personnel files
Contact employees to request outstanding jury duty documentation, as needed
Ensure phishing awareness communications are sent and uploaded
Support onboarding logistics and material updates for the 2026 HR Internship Program
Assist with onboarding material standardization and documentation audits
Participate in ad hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned

Required

Currently enrolled college student who has completed at least one year of study at an accredited university or college, or a college graduate within the field of Human Resources, Business, or related fields
Interest in Human Resources
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines
A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Solid time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus
Must have completed at least one year of their academic program by the start of the internship
Must be able to commit to an extended internship program beginning before the summer session and continuing through the Summer Internship Experience
Must be able to commit to the full program, working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays, for a total of 40 hours per week
Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
Must be able to reside or commute to the internship location for the duration of the program
Must successfully pass a background check as part of the hiring process
