(NYGCI) is seeking a hands-on Data Center Infrastructure Architect to design, evolve, and ensure the stability of a high-performance leaf–spine network fabric supporting HPC and AI workloads. This role combines architecture, reliability engineering, observability, and automation to deliver scalable, resilient, and highly available infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve a scalable leaf–spine data center fabric (VLAN-based, future L3 roadmap)

Define high-availability and performance standards across compute, storage, and network domains

Design and implement advanced telemetry, monitoring, and observability frameworks

Build proactive detection systems for fiber degradation, port failures, congestion, and environmental risks

Establish detection → alerting → remediation workflows

Architect containerized monitoring platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)

Design telemetry pipelines using Kafka and dashboards in Grafana

Implement automation frameworks using Ansible

Support AWS-based telemetry storage and integration

Provide cross-domain troubleshooting leadership

Required
