Contingent Workforce Operations Partner

Responsibilities
Manage CW reporting updates, dashboards, and data accuracy across Workday and HelpIn
Review and approve CW Knowledge Articles; maintain content governance and annual audits
Partner with cross-functional teams for the system configuration for CW onboarding, access set up, data maintenance, and offboarding CWs
Act as the primary escalation point for CW provisioning issues, system discrepancies, and workflow breakdowns
Oversee Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) updates and contribute to program governance
Partner with cross functional teams on provisioning access related issues and resolve other complex operational issues
Review and approve Small Business SOWs and ensure compliance with CW processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with technical and workflow configuration in Workday and ServiceNow (HelpIn)
3+ years of experience with Microsoft O365, PPT presentation skills, Excel
Preferred
Automation tools i.e. Co-Pilot
LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone, LMS or training tool experience
3+ years with a Contingent Workforce Program in Operations
Strong problem solver with technical expertise in troubleshooting system issues
2-3 years of background in Project/ Program Management experience
Ability to partner across multiple teams
Strong documentation, i.e. Standard Operating Procedures
Identify process improvements opportunities
