Responsibilities

Oversees contractors to ensure safety and accuracy of work
Coordinates the identification and procurement of new equipment. Obtains specifications and design information of new equipment
Identifies and implements options for equipment retrofits and repairs
Collaborates with cross functional teams for process improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
4+ years of relevant experience
Experience with manufacturing and operations equipment
Change Management experience
Equipment design and rebuild experience
Solidworks/Autocad
CapEx Management experience

Preferred

Project management/PMP certification highly preferred
