Account Executive – Advertising agency
SPECTRAFOR is a leading pharmaceutical organization seeking an Account Executive to support their internal Ad Agency team. This role involves acting as a liaison between the ad agency and brand teams, managing account activities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
Support development of project briefs in partnership with brand teams
Recommend promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy and sales goals
Manage daily client communication and relationship support
Issue contact reports and ensure stakeholders stay aligned
Review creative development from concept to completion
Ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
Partner with Project Managers to move work through the agency workflow
Support priority management and issue resolution
Develop annual forecasts
Conduct monthly financial reconciliations
Track time daily
Maintain compliance with branding, promotional review, and corporate guidelines
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Support high-volume projects in a fast-paced creative environment
Qualification
Required
3 to 4 years of account management experience within an agency environment is desired
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable in a high-visibility support role
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Not required for contractors if experience offsets education
Required for future full-time conversion
Pharmaceutical agency experience strongly preferred. US or Global pharma experience preferred
