Project Manager (Oracle Implementation)
PreSales Collective is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Oracle implementation within the financial services sector. This role focuses on ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and milestones are met for successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle implementation initiatives (ERP/EPM/Cloud Financials)
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, workstreams, and delivery milestones
Drive day-to-day execution across business and functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliverables
Facilitate project working sessions, status reviews, and governance forums
Ensure clear ownership of actions, decisions, and deliverables across teams
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate appropriately
Manage scope changes through structured change control processes
Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and executive reporting
Coordinate key business readiness activities including process alignment, UAT, training support, and cutover planning
Ensure business stakeholders are prepared for go-live and operational transition
Support post-go-live stabilization and implementation follow-ups
Ensure project execution aligns with regulatory expectations, audit requirements, and internal control standards (SOX, governance frameworks)
Partner with Controls and Compliance teams to validate readiness and reporting integrity
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services
Proven track record managing Oracle implementation projects (ERP, EPM, Cloud Financials, FCCS, etc.)
Strong knowledge of finance and operational processes (close, reporting, planning, reconciliation)
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in regulated environments
Expertise in project governance, milestone management, and executive communication
Preferred
PMP or similar certification
Experience with large-scale finance transformation programs
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud deployment methodologies and system integrator partnerships
