Responsibilities
Manage and triage a queue of hardware quality and deployment issues within a data center environment
Perform first-level investigation, gather required information, and conduct initial technical analysis
Complete basic root cause analysis (RCA) and propose recommendations or resolutions
Review fleet and production data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Create and track bugs or issues with partner engineering teams for resolution
Analyze manufacturing and field data to support continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and present product performance metrics to stakeholders
Review, edit, and create technical documentation such as deployment guides and repair procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve hardware quality and system reliability
Support additional technical tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in hardware quality, technical support engineering, test engineering, or electronic hardware systems troubleshooting
Experience working with server, storage, networking, or computing hardware environments
Hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, JMP, or similar tools
Experience performing issue triage, troubleshooting, or root cause investigations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in a data center or hardware lab environment
Background in troubleshooting or repair of server and networking products
Familiarity with technical documentation and process improvement practices
Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
