Responsibilities
Responsible to ensure the timely and effective development of the Project Development schedules and ensure it clearly establishes a baseline, communicates the overall project schedule
Provides input to the overall development of the project development plan relative to schedule durations, milestones, and Primavera templates
Works with & coordinates with the project managers (SMEs) to review project durations, milestones, etc
Responsible to ensure the appropriate schedule is built and meets the intent of the project and all applicable duration assumptions/drivers are documented as a baseline
