Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute mechanical test plans and protocols
Perform validation and verification testing on mechanical components and systems
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support engineering decisions
Develop automated data analysis tools and reports
Use statistical methods to identify trends, root causes, and performance improvements
Create detailed technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams
Support product development through testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
5+ years of experience in Test Engineering and Data Analysis
Strong experience analyzing large datasets
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros/VBA preferred)
Hands-on experience with Python, MATLAB, or JMP
Experience with programming languages such as VBA, Python, C#, or similar
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
