Start in 2026 FallHarper General Contractors is currently seeking Interns for FALL 2026. This role is designed to provide a hands-on learning experience in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) within the construction industry, where the intern will work closely with the VDC team and gain exposure to various aspects of construction technology.

Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and modification of construction models using BIM software
Support the VDC team in maintaining and managing project data
Participate in team meetings
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Observe and learn from more experienced team members
Gain insights into the practical applications of VDC in construction projects including clash detection and conflict resolution
Trade coordination (RFIs, shop drawings, as-builts, etc.)
Construction layout setup and field applications
Drone mapping and documentation
Reality Capture with high-accuracy laser scanners
As-built/verification data collection with GPS
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field
Basic knowledge of BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks
Strong interest in construction technology
Willingness to learn and contribute to team efforts
Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job, as assigned
Must have valid US driver's license
Must be authorized to work in the United States
