Strong experience with C# and modern .NET frameworks, as well as relevant legacy frameworks
Working knowledge of VB.NET for maintaining and extending existing systems
Experience building modern UIs with Microsoft Blazor (Server-side only)
Strong HTML/CSS fundamentals and practical experience with Bootstrap for responsive, mobile-friendly design
Solid understanding of application architecture, APIs, and service-oriented design
Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including relational database design, normalization, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures
Emphasis on code quality through thorough testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests
Comfort with debugging, performance-tuning, and problem-solving
Ability to work in existing codebases while also contributing to new development projects
