Responsibilities
Sets the technical vision, timeframe, and lifecycle for system and solution capabilities in their market
Define system and solution technical requirements
Act as the technical counterpart to the business manager
Defines technical requirements for each system release
Evaluates the Statement of Work (SOW) for the system and products to ensure it aligns to system requirements
Anticipates market requirement trends through customer & market engagement
Understands user satisfaction and health of released systems and solutions
Provide the highest level system consulting for customer opportunities
Advise business and R&D on technical tradeoff decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
15+ years of experience in the Test and Measurement or related industries
Deep technical knowledge of a particular Semiconductor and Electronics test market segment or application
Broad experience across Mixed-Signal, RF, Validation, Characterization and Production test appreciated
Proven ability to manage and develop senior technical talent
Strong understanding of the semiconductor and electronics production and validation test markets
Experience in working with dynamic cultures & countries, as part of a global organization
Excellent verbal and written English skills required
Travel: This role is expected to travel internationally as customers, partners, OSATS are located around the globe. 10% travel expectations
