Responsibilities
Support and execute User Acceptance Testing activities across multiple modules
Work with program subject matter experts to develop UAT scenarios and test cases based on documented business processes
Execute test cases, document outcomes, and log defects accurately
Support defect triage activities, retesting, and validation of resolved issues
Validate system functionality against policies, workflows, and federal requirements
Support UAT readiness tasks, daily test status updates, and testing cycle closeout
Assist with statewide rollout UAT activities and post‑go‑live stabilization tasks
Qualification
Required
Prior experience supporting UAT for Child Support Modernization implementations
Hands‑on experience with system implementations and rollouts involving Protech's Child Support Platform
Strong knowledge of Child Support program operations, workflows, policies, and case management activities
Ability to comply with required policies, procedures, and testing standards
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business processes into detailed test scenarios
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with program staff, vendors, and technical teams
Preferred
Experience working closely with Child Support program staff and business subject matter experts
Familiarity with federal OCSE requirements and reporting
Experience using UAT and defect‑tracking tools such as Xray, Jira, ALM, or similar platforms
Experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑vendor government system implementations
