Operations & Client Services Lead
RE/MAX Associates is seeking an Operations & Client Services Lead to support the workflow associated with their Real Estate Sales business. This role involves coordinating daily office operations, serving as the primary contact for clients and agents, and ensuring a positive experience through efficient organization and support.

Coordinate daily office operations and workflow
Serve as the primary in-office point of contact for clients and visitors
Support agents with administrative, operational, and system-related needs
Assist clients with inquiries, documentation, and communication
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain organized records and internal systems
Track and support financial items such as accounts and deposits
Ensure office processes are executed accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of office or administrative experience
Strong customer service background
Transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 or similar
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain discretion
Ability to Commute: Lewes, DE 19958
Preferred
Spanish
Real estate experience is helpful but not required
