Responsibilities

Reporting to the project site daily and completing layout as requested and coordinated by the project manager with occasional visits to the Des Moines office for coordination and reviews
Apply your comprehensive understanding of field concepts, practices, and procedures to contribute to the success of the team
Engage in project management responsibilities including collaborating on project planning and coordination
Work in all types of terrain and weather conditions

Required

Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
4 years of experience working with a licensed surveyor
Valid driver's license with a good driving history
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

Preferred

Experience with construction staking, boundary surveys, topography surveys, and ALTA surveys
