Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end system architecture of Mytra’s robotic platform across mechanical, electrical, embedded, controls, and software domains
Define and evolve the technical roadmap to ensure the platform scales in capability, reliability, and manufacturability
Establish clear system boundaries, interfaces, and responsibility splits between engineering teams
Mediate high-stakes technical decisions to keep the engineering teams aligned and moving at startup speed
Distill complex field data, edge-case failures, and prototype learnings into a clear system-level technical narrative
Qualification
Required
BS, MS, or equivalent practical in engineering with 7+ years of experience in designing and building complex mechatronics systems
A passion for solving challenging technical problems – Strong engineering intuition and persistence to identify the root cause of a problem, solving problems using first principles
Familiar with in all phases of product development lifecycle including gathering requirements, design, implementation, debug, verification, qualification, and transfer to manufacturing
Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management and documentation control systems
