Responsibilities
Responsible for the build-out, implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI tools into an existing design flow for VLSI systems
Make sure that the AI, ML, and RAG tools communicate effectively with software to optimize efficiency and productivity of VLSI systems
Provide guidance and supervision to future AI Operators
Integrate AI tools for use with Large Language Model (LLM) agents (OpenAI, Google Gemini) and the MCP protocol
Deploy AI agents to resolving common tool errors which would minimize human intervention and downtime
Develop chatbots that can effectively communicate issues to engineers
Experience in data analytics, and maintenance communications with hardware engineers and teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of industry experience in AI System Development and Deployment
Ability to provide guidance and supervision to future AI Operators
Experience integrating AI tools for use with Large Language Model (LLM) agents (OpenAI, Google Gemini) and the MCP protocol
Experience deploying AI agents to resolve common tool errors minimizing human intervention and downtime
Ability to develop chatbots that can effectively communicate issues to engineers
Experience in data analytics
Ability to maintain communications with hardware engineers and teams
Must be a Green Card Holder or a US Citizen
Must be onsite 5x a week; this role can't be remote or hybrid
