Responsibilities
Support the daily upkeep of our Grande Cheese Home Office & Research Center
Support the daily operation of our buildings, grounds, and commercial kitchen spaces through skilled maintenance, timely repairs, and high-standard sanitation work
Ensure our teams have clean, safe, and fully functional environments to work, collaborate, and innovate
Maintain specialized kitchen equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and deep-cleaning key areas
Take ownership of the spaces that keep our Enterprise moving
Qualification
Required
High School or GED required
Minimum of six (6) months of related mechanical/custodial experience and or training is required
Drivers License required
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to follow instructions, policies, procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form
Intermediate computer skills required in Microsoft Office and CMMS
Basic problem solving skills
Mechanical aptitude
Preferred
Experience in Commercial Class A office building maintenance is preferred
