Senior LeveliShift is seeking a highly experienced DevSecOps / Kubernetes Consultant to lead the migration of an enterprise DevSecOps platform from VMware Tanzu to Nutanix Kubernetes Engine (NKE). The role requires deep Kubernetes expertise and strong GitOps and automation experience, focusing on ensuring compliance with CMMC 2.0 standards.

Responsibilities
Design and deploy production-grade NKE clusters on Nutanix
Migrate platform services with minimal downtime:
Backstage
GitLab & GitLab Runners
Artifactory
SonarQube
MinIO
Jira & Confluence
Preserve and operationalize FluxCD GitOps model
Validate and migrate automation stack:
Argo Workflows & Argo CD
Crossplane (including custom providers)
Terraform integrations
Implement and integrate Keycloak (SAML & OIDC) across the platform
Build and enforce CIS Level 2 hardened images using automated pipelines (Packer or equivalent)
Design and execute minimal-downtime cutover and rollback plans
Deliver compliance documentation supporting CMMC 2.0 objectives
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience (Tanzu and/or NKE preferred)
Deep knowledge of GitOps (FluxCD)
Experience with Argo, Crossplane, Terraform automation stacks
CI/CD and DevSecOps platform architecture experience
Identity integrations (Keycloak, SAML, OIDC)
Kubernetes storage, networking, ingress, HA design
Infrastructure automation and hardened image builds (CIS Level 2)
Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
Preferred
Nutanix platform experience
CMMC, NIST 800-171, or similar compliance exposure
Experience designing blue/green or parallel cutover migrations
