Management of the parking in the loading dock area for control and facilitation of delivery and contractor vehicles
Cleaning and maintenance of the dock floor area
Management of the loading dock building doors for operational hours
Coordination and management of delivery schedules for the dock office for residential and office use
Management of the dock office to include computer and janitorial service
Facilitation of the Master Association business at the dock
Facilitation, documentation and delivery of packages to appropriate entities at the project, i.e. Stream, TLC, retail tenants, and the lobby desk for all Tower residents
Building access facilitation for contractors and vendors
Qualification
Required
Must be over 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Must be capable of lifting up to 30-50 lbs, working in an upright or standing position for extended period of time
Must be flexible and willing to work extended hours and weekends based on business needs
Must have at least one year of relevant experience
Must be customer service oriented
