This role involves driving execution across security engineering, compliance, and audit workstreams while maintaining delivery momentum under formal governance and regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery across multiple work streams within a FedRAMP High ATO program
Integrate security engineering and compliance requirements (NIST, FedRAMP) directly into sprint planning and execution
Manage cross-team dependencies , risks, and timelines in a regulated federal environment
Drive execution of security compliance programs and audit-readiness initiatives
Coordinate with external consultants, 3PAOs, and independent auditors
Facilitate audit preparation, evidence collection, and assessment activities
Track and report milestones, delivery metrics, risks, and status to stakeholders and governance bodies
Maintain team focus and morale in a high-pressure, highly governed environment
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Scrum / Agile leadership
Security engineering, GRC, or audit experience
Proven delivery in federal government or highly regulated environments
Lead Agile delivery across multiple work streams within a FedRAMP High ATO program
Integrate security engineering and compliance requirements (NIST, FedRAMP) directly into sprint planning and execution
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and timelines in a regulated federal environment
Drive execution of security compliance programs and audit-readiness initiatives

Preferred
FedRAMP High/Moderate, NIST 800-53, ATO programs
Working with 3PAOs and federal auditors
Leading security engineering or compliance workstreams within Agile delivery
CISSP
Security+
Cloud Security Certifications
Agile certifications (e.g., CSM) – helpful but not critical
