Foreign Military Sales Senior Program Analyst

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales Senior Program Analyst to perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems. Responsibilities

Performs program management, technical, or business analysis
Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings
Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
Tracks program/project status and schedules
Applies policies and procedures for financial planning
Analyzes program and support requirements, program schedules and performs other related management tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities
Oversees assigned program activities in support of the Program/Case Manager
Participates in meetings to support program objectives and represents the Program/Case Manager
Performs initial assessments and provides recommendations on the tailoring of country specific needs
Provides analysis for acquisitions and procurements, support equipment, publications, training, software and transportation requirements
Coordinates prospective changes to aircraft/avionics/weapons/support equipment quantities and operating aircraft
Develops Statements of Work (SOWs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
Manages software development programs working with the OEM and other program offices
Participates in program and technical reviews
Prepares and reviews program management and technical briefings in support of the Case Manager
Facilitates/leading formal meetings
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and is comfortable working independently

Required

At least ten (10) years' experience in program management, technical, or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management
Performs all functional duties independently
Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
Demonstrated experience in the program/project status and schedules
Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD forms related to Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests, Work requests, Requisitions, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and DD 254
Demonstrated experience in the program/project status, earned value management and schedules
Master of Arts OR Master of Science Degree
U.S. Citizenship required
Candidate must currently have an ACTIVE DoD Secret Security Clearance
Candidate must be comfortable and confident with facilitating/leading formal meetings
Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office to include word, PowerPoint and Excel
Candidate must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable working independently

Preferred

FMS experience is desired
An understanding of the case development process and the Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) policies is desired
Specific knowledge of DOD Security Assistance Programs (SAP) policies and procedures relating to FMS, V-22 and/or Navy or USAF airborne weapon systems
