Responsibilities

Support SMT Process Engineers with instructions preparation

Support SMT Process Engineers with evaluating builds and help prepare validation reports

Optimize the production processes

Perform process capabilities studies for various manufacturing processes; set up or expand method to track/trend

Assist with various related engineering functions, e.g., design, costs reduction, and quality control

Help resolve quality issues within Manufacturing Operations using problem solving techniques

Required

GPA 3.3 or above

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, in a related field of study

Must have 60 credit hours completed by May 2026

Has strong functional use of Microsoft Office, Minitab and AutoCad

Highly organized with critical attention to detail

Fast apprehension, resilience & ability to work independently

Team player with good and clear communication skills

Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
