Responsibilities
Provide tours of estate to visitors
Have ability to give tours of estate, primarily between May 1st and October 31st
Have ability to provide guest orientation and provide direction to docents and observers as needed at the beginning of tours
Develop content for Black Point Facebook Page
Assist outreach coordinator with program development
Assist outreach coordinator in development, execution and evaluation of new programs
Assist director with maintaining business records as needed
Assist outreach coordinator with program development

Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in cashiering, retail, and/or customer service
Ability to function and cooperate in a team environment
Ability to work independently without supervision
Ability to solve problems and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Maintains a hardworking, positive attitude
Ability to stand for lengths of time
Occasionally walking, crouching, and standing
Able to lift at least 15 pounds
Able to have physical dexterity and flexibility to work in an office environment
Ability to work in environment that lacks climate control (i.e. hot is summer, cold in spring and fall)
