Responsibilities
Handle daily service needs, including answering the commercial department phone line, endorsements, inspections, audits, payments and certificates of insurance that require endorsements
Manage small commercial renewals, including underwriting updates, applications, marketing, risk analysis, proposals and binding
Assist with the management of the large commercial business renewal process by collaborating with the Producer on updating applications, marketing, analysis of coverage, creating proposals and the binding process
Prepare and process premium finance contracts
Follow up on commercial claims, update assigned Producers on large account issues and resolve small commercial claims issues per contract
Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system ( Hawksoft )
Collaborate with internal team members and work with virtual assistants to ensure smooth account handling
Qualification
Required
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Minimum of 4 years of Customer Service Representative experience in Commercial Lines with an independent insurance agency
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or Some College/ No Degree
License: Property & Casualty (FL)
Management System: Hawksoft
Computer Skills: DocuSign, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Zoom
