Hands‑on experience with AEM Assets as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, and Adobe Admin Console
Understanding of cloud‑native architecture, autoscaling, and distributed systems
Familiarity with DAM best practices (metadata, taxonomy, workflows, governance)
Ability to interpret logs, troubleshoot platform errors, and analyze performance metrics
Knowledge of Adobe Sensei automation capabilities and asset processing pipelines
Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration
Ability to operate in high‑ambiguity environments with proactive problem‑solving
Excellent documentation, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities
