Senior Manager, People Technology & HR Systems

They are seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology & HR Systems to own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the People Technology landscape, ensuring integrated systems that support the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Own the multi-year People Technology roadmap aligned to business and workforce strategy
Define future-state architecture across: Core HR, Talent Acquisition / ATS, Learning Management (LMS), Performance & Engagement, Compensation & Rewards, Workforce Planning / Analytics
Lead platform evaluations, selections, and implementations
Drive consolidation and elimination of redundant tools
Design system architecture, integrations, data models, and identity patterns
Establish scalable support and maintenance models (internal, near-shore, vendors)
Ensure security, privacy, compliance, and audit readiness
Own vendor relationships, commercials, and renewals
Build and lead a small team of People Technology platform owners / analysts
Define KPIs for reliability, adoption, cost efficiency, and automation
Designing simple architectures that scale
Translating People strategy into platform strategy
Killing complexity early
Driving standardization over customization
Making integrations and data first-class citizens
Qualification
Required
10+ years in People Technology / HRIS / Enterprise Applications
Experience owning multiple People platforms end-to-end
Hands-on experience with modern suites (Workday, Rippling, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar) and best-of-breed ecosystems
Proven record leading enterprise HR tech transformations
Strong understanding of HR, Talent, and Learning processes
Experience with APIs, iPaaS, SSO, and identity platforms
Strong vendor and commercial management experience
Executive-level communication and influence
