Responsibilities

Lead the technical implementation of the GeminiApp web application, focusing on visual response rendering

Be the key owner of the interface powering the Gemini machine learning models responses and how it is presented to the user

Build bullet proof web frameworks used internally and externally to interface with XXXM+ DAU

Serve as a thought leader in the evolution of GeminiApp into a natively AI-driven application, bridging the gap between imaginative vision and technical feasibility

Direct the day-to-day execution of a high-tempo engineering team, unblocking complex technical challenges and ensuring timely launch of high-quality features

Serve as the primary technical partner for Product, UX, and Backend teams, influencing server-side infrastructure and translating ambiguous product goals into actionable technical strategies

Required

Experience leading the delivery of large-scale technical projects, defining team roadmaps, and making critical architectural decisions in collaboration with product and UX partners

A passion for developing engineers, with direct experience in mentoring and career growth development

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of representing the team and driving alignment with senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with Websockets/Real Time Applications

Demonstrated Javascript/Typescript expertise
