Delta Dallas is partnering with a well-established client in East Dallas to find a Data Entry Specialist for a temporary assignment. The role involves supporting a high-volume document and data management project by entering, updating, and verifying data with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify high-volume data with accuracy and efficiency
Review documents for completeness, consistency, and quality control
Maintain organized electronic and physical records as required
Perform data audits and correct discrepancies as needed
Support administrative tasks related to document processing and reporting
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Solid teamwork skills and a reliable, professional work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Minimum of 2 years of professional data entry or administrative experience
