Verifying, adjusting, and processing all manner of corrections and adjustments to payroll as received from all departments
Processing requests for labor distribution
Responding to inquiries from employees, department heads, and outside agencies
Answering customer's questions or directing them to the appropriate person
Serving as backup for the Payroll Rep-Banking position
Operating all departmental equipment
Verifying and correcting documents to make acceptable for processing
Exercising independent judgment, based on training and experience
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
GED
3 Years Payroll Experience
Good working knowledge of IRS payroll tax rules and regulations
Good working knowledge of LMHS policies and procedures
