Responsibilities
Execute standardized test scripts on returned products to validate performance and functionality
Document test results clearly and accurately in the designated tracking systems
Ensure all test procedures are followed according to established protocols
Communicate any anomalies or test failures to the appropriate engineering or quality teams
Maintain a clean and organized testing environment
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to RMA testing processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with using computers and basic software tools for documentation
Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small components
Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, engineering technology, or related field
Basic understanding of electronics or mechanical systems
Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or testing environments
Knowledge of documentation and tracking systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
