Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Agile experience preferred
Control Account Manager (CAM), Product Owner or Integrated Product Team Lead, spanning the mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing organizations to foster cradle-to-grave design and delivery
Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management
CAM experience
Working level knowledge of electrical and mechanical design
Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
