Help Desk Intern
Gothic Landscape is the largest family-owned and operated landscaping company in the nation, focused on delivering extraordinary customer service and building authentic relationships. The Help Desk Intern will assist the IT Department by performing various tasks related to cell phone management and support.

Responsibilities
Configuring cell phones company-wide (including setting up and clearing)
Responding to help desk tickets related to cell phones
Tracking and logging distributions of cell phones along with proper location coding
Communicate with phone carriers for any service-related issues or concerns
Create shipping labels for items to be shipped out to branches/offices
Qualification
Required
Ability to assist the IT Department by performing various tasks and projects
Experience with configuring cell phones company-wide
Ability to respond to help desk tickets related to cell phones
Experience in tracking and logging distributions of cell phones along with proper location coding
Ability to communicate with phone carriers for any service-related issues or concerns
Ability to create shipping labels for items to be shipped out to branches/offices
