Sr. Manager, Program Integrator - Radar Sustainment
Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator for the Aegis Production & Sustainment Program Areas. The Program Integrator will be responsible for managing the overall program mission integration, risk and opportunity management, and coordinating with various functional partners to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities
Assist with the daily program execution, using Agile planning methodology. Risk / Opportunity reviews, LRE reviews and On time Delivery reviews (OTD)
Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Life Cycle Product Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
Meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
Coordinate customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits
Assist with spares and repairs proposals, kickoff package, status meetings and preparing submit gate package for leadership review
Serve as Program Backlog Manager, using the JIRA tool suite. Responsible for Program Increment planning cycle and assessing program performance. Drive Risk and Opportunity management for predictable program execution
Works directly with the Program Manager, has in depth knowledge of all program execution tasks. Able to independently support Leadership Team level reviews with Program Director
Supports initiatives / special projects as directed by Program Manager
Support domestic travel on an as required basis

Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience
Prior program/project management experience
Prior leadership/management experience
Prior experience working cross functionally (ex: Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, etc.)
Prior Experience with financial analysis and project management tools and/or systems
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Technologies' Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification or equivalent
Strong business, ability to quickly analyze and interpret complex pieces of financial and programmatic data
Prior experience supporting development, production and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
Experience conducting international business and cross-cultural communication
Demonstrated experience with contracts management
Product lifecycle management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong mentoring skills, both technically and professionally
Experience with proposal submittals and gate packages
