Asset Integrity Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and administer pipeline damage prevention programs
Maintain pipeline datasets for one-call systems, line locating, and aerial ROW patrol services
Support third-party locating contractors with technical guidance
Review, document, and archive exposed pipeline inspection reports
Oversee aerial patrol programs and implement annual program reviews
Lead corrosion control and mitigation programs
Coordinate corrosion coupon pulls and chemical inhibition programs
Oversee cathodic protection systems, rectifier inspections, and bond inspections
Coordinate close interval surveys and casing surveys
Perform technical evaluation of corrosion-related data including CP, AC mitigation, pigging, chemical injection, smart pigging, and integrity digs
Implement annual program reviews
Lead public awareness and public liaison initiatives
Coordinate annual mail campaigns and stakeholder meetings
Measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Implement annual program reviews
Maintain baseline and continuous assessment plans for pipeline systems
Serve as focal point for third-party crossings and encroachments
Coordinate leak surveys and integrity assessment activities
Support inline inspections and integrity dig programs
Conduct annual pipeline risk assessments
Support mechanical integrity programs for gas processing facilities
Address action items within Management of Change (MOC) systems
Support federal and state reporting requirements and audit preparation
Develop competitive bid packages and evaluate contractor proposals
Support annual budgeting and cost tracking (OPEX & CAPEX)
Develop and issue work orders and purchase orders
Maintain KPIs and provide reporting to senior leadership
Archive final vendor deliverables and project documentation
Provide input on new construction and due diligence evaluations
Travel to field locations for inspections, program oversight, and audits
Attend public awareness events and stakeholder meetings
Provide technical support to operations and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Experience supporting pipeline integrity, corrosion control, or damage prevention programs
Working knowledge of hazardous liquid and/or natural gas pipeline systems
Familiarity with federal and state pipeline safety regulations
Experience with cathodic protection systems and corrosion mitigation practices
Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
Willingness to travel to field locations as required
Preferred
Experience with cryogenic or compressor station facilities
Experience supporting large-scale pipeline infrastructure assets
Knowledge of integrity management software and GIS systems
Experience developing bid packages and managing contractor performance
Prior experience supporting mechanical integrity programs within PSM-regulated facilities
Experience conducting or supporting regulatory audits
