Revenue Management Coordinator

JOEYCO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for the role of Customer Revenue Management Coordinator. The role involves leading customer service operations, managing trade spend activities, and providing administrative support to sales teams while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage trade spend activities in collaboration with sales team and Director of Trade Management
Track spend performance and ensure accuracy of invoices and payment processing
Prepare reports and insights for clients and internal leadership
Ensure customer compliance with trade spend guidelines and policies with sales team, broker partner and keep pristine records for potential audits
Review spin reports verse promotional allowances cross checked with distributor shipments to ensure rebate accuracy
Work hand in hand with finance to ensure rebate payments are processed in a timely manner
Review all distributor payments for bill-back accuracy
Oversee daily customer service operations with the Broker sales team, customer service involvement and ensure exceptional service delivery
Serve as the primary point of escalation for customer issues and inquiries between logistics, sales team and broker partner
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales team, broker partner and customers where required to ensure satisfaction and retention
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer experience
Train, mentor, and support customer service staff from broker partner (Ultimate Sales) as needed
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Assist with forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system, rebates, compliance, and deductions at customer level
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer initiatives and programs as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service data, metrics, and reports
Support leadership with reporting and analysis of service performance trends
Provide recommendations for service improvements based on data insights

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer needs efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills
Proficiency in NetSuite accounting and CRM functions
Experience with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High school diploma or equivalent
