InternFederal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh offers 12-week paid internships to talented students to gain hands-on work experience in the banking industry. The Centralized Operational Resources Intern will support various operational projects, including records management, auditing, and contributions to AI and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
Support First Front Door (FFD) and Keys Funding Rounds – review FFD Reservations and FFD and Keys Disbursements
Assist with records management and document clean-up projects including but not limited to:
Organization and review of critical Member legal files
Manual Backup Signature Card audit/certification project
Audit of agreement versions in shared Document Library
Complete a Procedure Usability Test. Perform selected procedures from multiple departments/functions against real scenarios to ensure clarity
Contribute to departmental Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation projects and tasks. Support analytics and reporting initiatives
Assist with other operational projects and daily work, as needed
Qualification
Required
Students must be enrolled in an accredited four-year institution and have completed at least their sophomore year with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Students must be pursuing a relevant field of study and have the ability to work, at a minimum, May/June through August of the internship year
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem resolution skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed customer relations/service skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Copilot is a plus
