Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Loan Officers and the Mortgage Industry
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Familiarity with Underwriting processes
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using loan origination software and general computer skills
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
Additional education in finance or related fields
