Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship production-ready features across the stack
Develop intuitive, performant user interfaces that translate complex operational data into actionable insights
Collaborate with product and leadership to refine requirements and shape technical direction
Contribute to architectural decisions that support long-term scalability
Champion code quality through thoughtful review, testing, and maintainability standards
Strengthen end-to-end testing coverage to ensure reliability as the platform grows
Qualification
Required
Experience building and deploying full-stack applications in production environments
Strong proficiency with modern frontend development (React and TypeScript preferred)
Experience implementing data-fetching and state management patterns in dynamic applications
Comfort working across frontend and backend boundaries
Experience in startup or growth-stage environments where priorities evolve quickly
Ability to translate loosely defined product requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
Clear communicator who works well across product, engineering, and leadership teams
Comfortable working onsite in NYC three days per week
Preferred
Exposure to AI- or ML-driven product features
Experience building B2B SaaS platforms
Familiarity with backend development in Python
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP)
