ERP Application Developer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance application components, integrations, and reports for ERP
Support business and functional teams with configuration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization across core ERP modules

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related area
5-7 years of hands-on ERP technical experience to develop, support and integrate enterprise-wide ERP applications
5-7 years of highly advanced skills associated with ERP Technical specification, design, test, modification, implementation, upgrade and deployment of large-scale scope
Expert Knowledge of most of the ERP Cloud reporting tools
Hands-on experience in areas of ERP bank integrations, third-party supply chain interfaces, and Cloud integration patterns adhering to IS3 standards
Demonstrated expertise with SQL and PL/SQL and developing advanced/complex SQL queries
Working Knowledge of Oracle Database, AIX/Linux/Windows Operating Systems
Ability to estimate the level of effort, effective triaging of issues, timely resolutions of the all assignments while juggling priorities
Advanced experience with middleware integrations, and use of code libraries and open-source forums
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines
Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills and highly honed analytical skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Information Technology or related area
Functional knowledge of ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory Billing, Receivables, Project Costing, Contract and Grants experience will be highly desired, but not required
Excellent project leadership and management skills
