Planning, coordinating, and managing resources to ensure project success
Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Communicating effectively with all stakeholders
Leading a team towards achieving project goals
Ensuring adherence to project requirements
Identifying risks
Implementing solutions to mitigate them
Qualification
Required
Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to oversee complex projects and ensure timely delivery
Demonstrated Team Leadership abilities, fostering collaboration and cohesion among diverse team members
Excellent Communication skills to relay project updates, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure clarity across teams
Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate project progress, resolve challenges, and propose proactive solutions
Relevant technical background or experience in IT or software development is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, project management, or a related field
Preferred
PMP or other relevant project management certifications are preferred
